Evaluate 1.1.3 – The Summative Assessment Quest
Reliability: I have created online assessments and use the "test, retest" method to evaluate reliability. This method allows me to see that the assessment is appropriate and useful.
Validity: Tests are aligned directly to standards and different DOK levels are used. Working as a group during team meetings to review tests allows other teachers to review the test's validity.
Security: Having students sign in to their online google accounts to take assessments allows each student to take the assessment only once. Students are reminded not to share passwords and the teacher monitors while students are testing.
