Based on these artifacts reviewed, the teacher and other stakeholders can get needed information about progress and other factors important to student success.  Examples are:

• Administrators can tell how often stakeholders have been contacted through the Communication Tool.
• Information about past failures allows the teacher to gain insight into students that might need extra attention, communication or support throughout the course.  It allows the teacher to see trends over time in student performance.
• Information about assessments allows instructors to see changes that might need to be made to assessments 
• Since verbal communication is limited within the online learning world, information must be conveyed in different ways (charts, graphs, etc.)
