Create 1.1.1 Time Management Quest
5 Time Management Tools:
1. Prioritizing: Choosing tasks that are most important and working on those first help me feel accomplished.
2. Scheduling: At times, I have a written schedule for myself. Other times, my schedule is just a mental documentation of things I'd like to accomplish each day, hour, week, etc.
3. Goal setting: As a part of scheduling, I find that I set goals for myself to accomplish and feel better about the amount of work before me when I meet those goals.
4. Saying No: I want to be a helpful person and have a hard time saying no, but there are times that I have to.
5. Awareness: Being aware of what's going on and it's importance helps me feel like I have some control with what's going on both work and socially.
