Create 3.1.1. Open Educational Resources and Creative Commons Quest
OER (Open Educational Resources) are resources that are available on the internet that can be used to teach, instruct or tutor within the public domain. These resources have a free license that anyone can use. Being licensed, these an be used for anything in the classroom from assessments to homework assignments.. They also can be used for lectures, presentations and more.
These are some types of creative licenses:
Non-commercial: anyone can use, modify, share, copy or display these but not for commercial use
Attribution: credit must be given back when these are used
Share A Like: anyone can share, use, copy or distribute these but it has to be done within the terms set by owner.
